Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Navoriscent reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• Your account becomes delinquent or payments are not received
• We reasonably believe your use of our services violates applicable laws
• Continuation of service would harm our business or reputation

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
